How do I sign up for Grow Your Way?
Create an account and you will be automatically enrolled in Grow Your Way, our rewards program.
How do I earn points?
Everytime you shop, each dollar spent will earn points. Plus, if you subscribe to our newsletter you will earn 5 points. If you add your birthday into your account through the rewards program dashboard, you will earn 5 points on your birthday. In addition, you will earn 10 points on the anniversary of your account creation.
How do I redeem points?
Within the rewards program dashboard you will be able to see your current point balance and available offers you are eligible to redeem.
What can I use my reward certificates towards?
Reward certificates can be used towards select free products. When redeeming points for a reward certificate in the reward program dashboard, you will choose which product you'd like free. You will then add that product to your cart and enter the reward certiciate code at checkout.
Do my points or reward certificates expire?
Points and reward certificates will expire 12 months after they are earned.
When do I see my point adjustments?
All point adjustments will be shown within the rewards program dashboard once your order has been fulfilled. The points will be credited to the account associated with the email address used for placing your order.
Do purchases made prior to my sign-up count towards my point earnings?
Only purchases made after creating an account count toward point earnings.
Can I use my reward certificate with other offers?
Reward certificates can be combined with free shipping promotions. However, reward certificate codes are not combinable with other sitewide promotions. Only one discount can be used at checkout on an order. Participation in Grow Your Way cannot be combined with any existing program or special offer in place.
